Welcome to DrawGestures: Figure Drawing ("DrawGestures", "we", "our", "us"). DrawGestures is a focused practice tool for gesture and figure drawing, providing timed sessions, curated reference libraries, and tablet-friendly drawing tools.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at drawgestures.com and the DrawGestures: Figure Drawing mobile application (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using DrawGestures, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

License to use.
Subject to these Terms, DrawGestures grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install DrawGestures: Figure Drawing on your personal devices.
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial gesture and figure drawing practice.
- Access reference libraries and drawing tools provided by the Service.
This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
Subscriptions & purchases.
DrawGestures: Figure Drawing offers premium features through the following plans:

Prices may vary by region. The price displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase in the App Store or Google Play will apply.
Auto-renewable terms
- Payment is charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account at confirmation of purchase.
- Pro renews every 1 month and Yearly Pro renews every 1 year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your account settings in the App Store or Google Play.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Free trial
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
Refunds
Refund requests within 14 days of purchase may be honoured at our discretion. For app-store purchases, please contact Apple or Google directly — they handle all billing.

User content & libraries.
DrawGestures: Figure Drawing provides access to reference images from multiple sources:
- Premium Cloud Library — Curated images licensed for use within the app.
- Pinterest Integration — Access to public Pinterest content.
- Google Images — Search results from Google's image search.
- Local Folders — Your own images stored on your device.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you import or access through third-party integrations.
Acceptable use.
When using DrawGestures: Figure Drawing, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
- Share, redistribute, or resell premium content or your account access.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
- Impersonate DrawGestures or any other person or entity.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security.
Intellectual property.
DrawGestures: Figure Drawing and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DrawGestures and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The DrawGestures name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of DrawGestures. You may not use these without our prior written consent.
Third-party services.
DrawGestures: Figure Drawing integrates with third-party services including Pinterest, Google, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Age requirement.
DrawGestures: Figure Drawing is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DrawGestures: Figure Drawing at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
